MEET THE TEAM
Declan Villa is a third-generation Sonoma County general contractor, proudly continuing the legaxy established by his father and grandfather. Born and raised in Petaluma, Declan has been immersed in the world of construction since the age of ten, gaining hands-on experience that shaped his deep understanding of the craft.
After studying Business Management with a minor in construction management in Colorado, Declan spent six year sin Bozeman, Montana, where he became of the area's top project managers. Overseeing the construction of everything from stunning custom homes to large-scale airplane hangars. His time there redined his skill in both project exectution

Jacqueline Villa was raised in Sonoma County and attended college in San Diego, where she studied language and Business Management. She returned to her hometown of Petaluma before relocating to Bozeman, Montana with her now husband, Declan. There Jaxqueline worked as an administrative assistant for several years before launching her own successful cleaning business. In 2023, she and Declan moved back to Petaluma, where they were married. Drawing on her organizational skills and business experience , Jacqueline joined Declan's contracting business as Office Manager, helping to ensure smooth operations and exceptional client communication.

Vince Raffaelli was born and raised in Petaluma, where his family has proudly called Sonoma County home since 1930. After spending six years in Bozeman, Montana, Vince discovered his love for hunting, fishing, and the great outdoors—passions that complement his lifelong fascination with construction and design. From building with Legos and Lincoln Logs as a kid to crafting large, custom homes since 2018, Vince has always been drawn to understanding how things come together. In 2023, he joined Villa Family Construction at its inception, where he found not just a career, but a second family dedicated to craftsmanship and community.
Dae brings 14 years of well-rounded experience in both finish and rough carpentry, along with a strong background in electrical work. Since moving to Santa Rosa in 2020, he has enjoyed contributing his skills to projects throughout Sonoma County. Outside of work, Dae is passionate about cooking and takes pride in crafting his own hot sauces using vegetables grown in his home garden—a creative outlet that reflects the same care and craftsmanship he brings to every job site.

Alex brings over eight years of carpentry experience and a genuine passion for his craft. He takes pride not only in his work but also in sharing his knowledge and enthusiasm for carpentry with others. Dedicated and hands-on, Alex finds fulfillment in building both quality projects and strong connections on the job. When he’s not working, he enjoys spending time outdoors and going camping with his family, embracing the same appreciation for nature and craftsmanship that guides his work.

Born and raised in the Bay Area, Holden grew up in Petaluma and went on to attend St. Mary’s College, where he earned a degree in Environmental Studies. Following graduation, he pursued a professional rugby career that took him across the country and around the world. After eight successful years in the sport, Holden retired and returned to his roots in Sonoma County, joining Villa Family Construction. Drawing on his background in sustainability and the discipline learned from rugby, Holden is passionate about creating high-quality, environmentally conscious buildings that reflect both craftsmanship and care.
